Bedford Hill Family Practice is looking to employ a Care Navigator to work in a dynamic GP Surgery.

You will be working as part of a team who are mostly the first point of contact in the practice.

This is a fast-paced and busy role where multi-tasking and strong organisational skills are essential. Personal resilience and the ability to thrive under pressure are also essential qualities for success in this role.

You must be able to adhere to the practice's strict confidentiality policy and have good IT and communication skills. You should also be to adapt to fluctuating service demands and have a polite and professional telephone manner.

Part-time hours: 32 per week

Salary:
£21,550.00-£23,300.00 per year
