Entry Requirements of this Job:

Tasks required by this job include:

Looking after the roster/shifts for all staff under your supervision.
Monitoring ongoing compliance with company processes and procedures in order to ensure that all order been packaged or packed accordingly.
To ensure that the wastes are collected properly and delivered to the site in due manner for recycling.
To ensure that the wastes are sorted properly and stored in the right place for recycling.
Working closely with sales team and delivery manager to ensure smooth running of business.

- discusses customer responses with other managers with a view to improving the service provided;
- develops and implements policies and procedures to deal effectively with customer requirements and complaints;
