PR Officer, Launch & Media, London UK
Supporting the Head of Launch & Media in new product launch planning and content development for global PR audiences. Support on global media and influencer engagement across all media sectors to maximise positive coverage. Be a part of the creative heart of the PR team
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Support on strategy development on new product launches and media / influencer engagement
- Support on the devising, development and delivery of compelling launch programmes that will present Lotus as transforming into a performance business and brand
- Support on liaising with global markets to ensure alignment on all aspects of planning, including any cultural differences
- Support on ideation, planning, development and deployment of all PR visual content (eg, imagery, films, animations, presentations) to support launch programmes
- Working closely with retained and ad hoc support agencies as appropriate and ensure they're used effectively
- Support on global media and influencer engagement, including identification of new outlets, across all media sectors
- Collaboration and alignment with Corporate and Lifestyle PR teams
- Ensure all activity is on budget and in process
Essential criteria
- Knowledge of the global media and social media landscape, including latest hot topics and trends
- Knowledge of global automotive landscape, including latest hot topics and trends
- Automotive OEM or luxury brands PR experience, ideally in a Global or Continental level organisation
- A technical understanding of asset types, file types and usage rights
Desirable criteria
- Experience of working with teams in different functions design, sales, purchasing, IT
- Experience of working crossfunctionally with teams in global markets such as USA, APAC or European markets
- Experience writing and editing editorial assets, eg, press releases
- Experience managing multilayered budgets
- Experience in digital content systems
