We are a specialist, family-owned, waterproofing contractor working primarily around the South West, working on civil engineering, residential and commercial projects.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an Construction Site Operative to join our team.

As an operative, you will assist with various duties related to waterproofing, bridge expansion joints, spray applied membranes and general construction work.

This is a hands-on role that requires an interest in the construction industry.


Duties:

• Installation of expansion joints (bridges and car parks)
• Deck repairs to concrete structures
• Assist senior site team with various tasks

Skills:

• Mechanical knowledge for operating tools and equipment
• Experience working on construction sites (Not essential)
• Proficiency in using hand tools for building and repairs
• Familiarity with power tools
• Strong attention to detail for maintaining the appearance of the finished system
