About Our Client:


Our client is a leading home furniture company who are looking for a temporary Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team.


  • Processing invoices and executing payments
  • Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
  • Managing petty cash transactions
  • Ensuring timely monthend close of the accounts payable ledger
  • Assisting in the preparation of VAT returns
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the department

The Successful Applicant:


A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:

  • A strong academic background in Accounting & Finance
  • Excellent excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and teamworking skills
  • High attention to detail
