Description

_How will I make a difference?_

  • You will work closely with colleagues to ensure a sustainable approach to maintaining tenancies and preventing rent arrears. Your excellent communication, collaboration and organisation skills will help to provide an effective area based service._
  • You will have an understanding of income collection, welfare benefits and experience of dealing with people. You will also possess great communication skills both verbal and in writing. Attention to detail is key as are numeracy and IT skills._
  • Whilst you won't have a dedicated patch you will play a key role in supporting colleagues in the Income teams based in Swansea and Newport following the introduction of a new IT system._

_Key Information:
_

- _This is a full time (37) hour, fixed-term position until the end of March 2023_
- _The salary for this role is £31,698 per annum._


_The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate_
- _Experience of delivering income management service_
- _Commitment and demonstrable experience to putting customers first and delivering a service which delights_
- _Excellent knowledge of welfare benefits and local organisations who can deliver additional support to customers_
- _Detailed knowledge of relevant good practice/law relating to equality, income management and customer involvement and other relevant areas of work_
