The Role
- This role incorporates multiple administration duties including diary management, supporting fee earners, ensuring the confidentiality of document information, telephone support, operating the firm's Case Management System
- You will be required to assist other departments when necessary
The Requirements
- You will be an experienced Personal Assistant
- You will have advanced IT skills in all relevant packages
- Strong organisational and recordkeeping skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in Case Management Systems
- You will have a proactive approach with a positive attitude
