Alderley Park - Cheshire (x4 days office vs x1 day home)

My client are a leading Ecommerce health and wellbeing retailer based from Cheshire but operating on a global scale.

The business have rapidly grown over the last 3 years, launching 16 international websites and successfully selling and distributing products to over 122 countries worldwide.

Representing some of the World's top Beauty Brands the business are innovators in their field.

Due to consistent year on year growth of around 40% sales, the business are looking to add to their Supply Chain team and looking to secure a Operations Manager to look after the Returns process across their UK warehouses.

This is a brand new role to the business and a great opportunity for someone to take full ownership of an integral process withing the business.

What you'll be doing

End to end responsibility of returns across 5 warehouses globally. Following process from CS accepting return through to getting return value back from supplier
Working with tele shopping returns to refurbish returned stock across UK / US & EU and working with traders to sell through
Sending weekly reports out to key stake holders with actions across departments and working with departments to make sure that they are actioned.

Must Haves

Experience ops / warehousing
Computer literate and able to do basic Excel tasks and the ability to learn how to use multiple warehouse management systems.
Highly organised, wellmotivated and ability to multitask.
Ability to work productively within a team and to consult with other teams within the business.
Able to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
