Locum Planning Solicitor - West Midlands - 3 months - Full Time - Remote Working - Up to £55 per hour Umbrella

Venn Group's specialist public sector legal team are working with an established
Local Authority within the
West Midlands region who are seeking a
Locum Planning Solicitor to join their team.

An attractive hourly rate of
up to £55 per hour Umbrella is offered for this role, dependent upon the individual's relevant experience.

The duties for this role may include:

CPO'S, highways, traffic, including all types of traffic orders, amending rights of ways adoption of sewers orders under the Water Industry Act

Providing advice on a wide range of planning matters

Drafting and negotiating section 106 agreements
Advising and representing clients in negotiations and discussions
Representing clients in negotiations and discussion with third parties in planning matters
Attending planning inquiries and Planning Committees
Offering support to other legal departments as and when required
