About the offices

Portsmouth
Details to be announced as they are moving to brand new offices

Southampton
Here, they provide free onsite parking for employees only so that is one less thing to worry about.

The Southampton office offers a large breakout area with a kitchen and ample seating.

But if you fancy a trip to the shops, they're only a 5 minute car journey to Eastleigh's Swan Centre.

Basingstoke

At this office they offer both free on and offsite parking and breakout areas in each department where you can find office games such as pool, ping pong and football tables.

Bournemouth

This dynamic office is one of three locations in their Southern Region and similar to the other offices, Bournemouth is a vibrant environment.

A smaller office, this site has a real family feel and is home to over 30 of their incredible sales consultants who pride themselves on protecting families all across the UK.

Basic salary of £30k £40k

Essential Skills

High volume hiring.

Desirable Experience

Hiring of sales professionals.
In house or Agency background.
Knowledge of assessment centres.
Multisite recruiting.

Now, here's a little about what your responsibilities will involve.

Supporting the stakeholders in ensuring the implementation & compliance of Consumer duty requirements.
Manage CV's and relationships with the external agencies.
Research and make suggestions for improvements to the resourcing process.
Continually develop own skills and knowledge, keeping abreast of new initiatives in recruitment.
Ensure all recruitment processes and systems are up to date in accordance with guidelines.
Work with Sales Directors to keep quality and retention high.
Build relations with internal staff to promote our referral programme.
Be a brand ambassador on social media.
Play an active role in new ideas to continuously improve our recruitment strategies.
Nurture the onboarding process for new starters.
Be a constant presence to new starters and existing staff, focusing on relationship building.
