Your New Role as Payroll & Bookkeeping Administrator:

You will be undertaking full end to end payroll duties within a team environment, processing weekly/fortnightly/monthly payrolls via Paycircle & Sage (training is provided) for both small and large volume employees.

This role offers a varied, interesting workload as there will also be the opportunity to undertake some bookkeeping duties when the payroll side is less busy during the month and offers a supportive, friendly stable team working environment.


Day To Day Duties:


Duties will include but not limited to:

  • Undertaking full end to end payroll weekly/fortnightly/monthly payrolls via Paycircle or SAGE payroll (training provided)
  • Auto enrolment pension contributions
  • Inputting payroll, resolving client payroll queries
  • Dealing with HMRC, RTI queries
  • New starters/leavers and processing P45/P46's
  • Dealing with SSP/SMP.
  • Undertaking bookkeeping duties (previous experience required)

Experience & Qualifications Required To Apply:

This is a great opportunity for a payroll specialist with c3yrs bookkeeping (ideally AAT qualified)
AND previous full end to end payroll processing expertise, within accountancy/bureau/umbrella background or inhouse role.

This is a varied position offering great potential for future training/development opportunities
