Job description
The Sales and Lettings Coordinator is a key role in the business and attention to detail is key.
The person must be capable of recording all data accurately on computer systems and therefore the individual must possess strong IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:
- Uploading sales and rental properties onto the market
- Arranging viewings for sales and rental properties
- Carrying out tenant referencing checks & communicating with clients
- Preparing tenancy documentation on our inhouse computer software and arranging electronic signing by tenants and landlords.
- Preparing and maintaining property files
- Logging of Sales offers onto our system
- Dealing with contractors
- Social Media marketing
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent (may consider part time hours)
Additional pay:
- Yearly bonus
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift ( may consider part time hours)
- Monday to Friday
