Apprentice Income Generation Officer (CRM & Donor Relations)

37.5 hours, Monday to Friday (with occasional and rotated out of hours activity at fundraising / marketing events)

This is an apprenticeship role of 15 months, where you'll work under the guidance of the CRM & Donor Relations Manager to (amongst other tasks):

develop an annual schedule of activity and campaign across Individual Giving, In-Memorium and Regular Giving Donors

- own allocated campaigns and projects from planning through to completion
- draft and develop communications and templates for each touch point of the donor's journey, and to digitalise the journey where possible
- administrate the measuring and monitoring of donor satisfaction through regular surveying and contact
- organise (in relation to relevant area) and attend activities and fundraising events to raise income and increase brand awareness
- co-ordinate fundraising support, materials and resources for donors and supporters following the associated processes
- be a team player with outstanding written communication skills and experience
- have a good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods
- have excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
- be a motivated self-starter, eager to take initiative
- possess creativity and commercial awareness
