Senior Estimator:


Are you an experienced Senior Estimator looking for a new opportunity in the interior fit-out contracting industry? We have an exciting position available in Bristol, offering a competitive salary of up to £70,000 per year, plus a comprehensive package.


About the Role:


As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for accurately estimating the costs of interior fit-out projects, ensuring that all quotes are competitive and profitable.

You will work closely with the project management team to develop detailed estimates and budgets, and provide support throughout the project lifecycle.

This role offers a great opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile projects and make a significant impact within a reputable company.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for interior fitout projects
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop budgets and schedules
  • Analyze drawings, specifications, and other project documentation to determine material and labor requirements
  • Evaluate subcontractor quotes and negotiate pricing
  • Conduct site visits and liaise with clients and suppliers
