Our expanding Luxury Nursing home is expertly designed around neurologic conditions and dementia cares for 38 adults. Where we have created a warm and homely atmosphere where staff and residents are a big family.

They are now looking for a dedicated
Senior Care Team Leader that can run the Nursing home in the absence of the Clinical lead and the Registered manager.

The position is a Full-time and the Shift pattern for this role is Fridays-Saturdays-Sundays-Mondays.

You will report to the Deputy and Home Manager and be the point of call for all Care Assistants and below roles.

Your main role will include supervising and being a role model to your peers as well as the duties of a normal senior.

Requirements of the role:

Must have at least 2 to 3 years of experience as a Senior and demonstrate good experience in leadership.
Strong organization skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, and their families.
Excellent understanding of IT systems, such as word, excel. Good management of iPad, and phones and understanding of the need to document accurately
Knowledge of PCS and RADAR.
Have an NVQ level of 2 or 3 In Health and Social Care
Be medication administration trained
