In this important senior leadership role, you will lead and oversee the pre-construction and construction teams, to successfully deliver all construction projects across our portfolio, meeting significant key performance indicators of time, quality, cost and safety.
You'll be working within a multi-disciplinary high performing team, supporting bid and transaction work through to financial close and then overseeing delivery of construction through to practical completion.
The role is based in London in our award-winning London offices located near Cannon Street and London Bridge stations, with travel to site when required.
We are looking for you to already be in a senior leadership role with a background in successfully delivering construction projects as well as being confident in:
- Managing large and complex projects under time challenging conditions
- £100m+
- Negotiation and delivery of design and build contract to fixed price and programme
- Delivering large scale planning permissions
- Complex multidisciplinary project and construction management and delivering from design to construction through to operation
- How 'design and build' is contracted, administered, and delivered within a Project Finance environment
- Budget setting and cost management
- Managing successful teams and leading by example
You will be a self-starter who can demonstrate drive and motivation to achieve deadlines, using initiative whilst adopting a consultative approach.
Alongside this you will have excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills, with strong commercial acumen and ability to challenge with the intention of driving continuous improvement.
