Candidate - Successful salesperson within the heating industry selling into large commercial office and multi occupancy / multi residency heating project specifications, both new build and retro fit through specifiers, M&E consultants, contractors and end users. The Position This is a brand-new Sales Manager position that has been created due to unprecedented growth working for a global provider of central plant heating and hot water production incorporating electric and renewable heating technologies. You will secure and manage from "cradle to grave" large heating and hot water project specifications with a focus on commercial offices and multi-occupancy / multi residential buildings working closely with the specifiers, M&E consultants, mechanical contractors and end users. You will have an industry leading product portfolio of the latest in energy efficient central plant heating systems for large residential projects such as condensing boilers, commercial water heaters, energy efficient electric heating, air source heat pumps, underfloor heating and CHP. This is a unique opportunity for the successful candidate as this company is already selling advanced cutting edge electric heating and renewable heating central plant solutions that meet the 2025 off gas legislation. The Package * £55k - £60k Basic Salary * realistic +£90k OTE uncapped * Company Car / Car allowance * Mobile * Laptop * Benefits Package e.g. Private Healthcare, pension Experience Required This is a highly specialist role in a team of experienced Sales Managers so you must have a successful sales record selling high value central plant heating and hot water systems into large commercial and/or residential projects. Ideally you will have specified heating and hot systems incorporating either condensing boilers, commercial water heaters, air source heat pumps, underfloor heating, HIU"s, Heat Recovery, Solar PV or CHP. Please still apply if you have sold large gas heating systems or boilers into commercial offices and multiple occupancy projects e.g. domestic flats and apartments, universities or care homes.
