A long standing client of ours based near Leiston is seeking an Operations & Logistics Manager with Freight/Import & Export experience to join their business. This is a full time permanent position paying £30,000 - £40,000 depending on knowledge and experience.

The duties for this Operations & Logistics Manager will include but are not limited to:

  • Running the day to day operations of the business
  • Order Processing
  • Stock Control and Reporting
  • Logistics
  • Invoicing
  • Import Export Documentation (variety of different commodities)
  • Growing and managing a team
  • Adhoc tasks where required

    • Experience required to be considered for this position:

  • Previously have worked in a Freight forwarding business
  • Strong knowledge of import export documentation
  • Experience managing a team
  • Experience using/working with international trading contracts (outside of the EU)
  • Experience in logistics, order processing & building new processes.
