We are actively recruiting for an experienced and well-mannered Sales Administrator, on behalf of a family run company based in Earith, Cambridgeshire. Due to increased workload and expansion, our client is actively seeking a Sales Administrator to join their existing sales team. This company is family run and is a small close-knit team. Due to this, it is essential that you are sociable, confident, have the ability to work part of a team and independent. You will be responsible for dealing with sales and project enquiries on a day-to-day basis via telephone and email. Working in support of the Sales Manager, you will encompass a range of interesting and varied duties and responsibilities as part of a hard working close-knit team. Requirement to raise quotations from inquiries that can include drawings, speaking with the client to ensure a full understanding of their applications and to advise on suitable products and services. In addition, processing of orders and overseeing ongoing projects, which could include site visits. This is a full time opportunity, working 9:00 until 17:00, Monday to Friday in the office. To be a successful applicant for this position, you will need at least 1 years’ experience in a similar role, have an excellent telephone manner, have exceptional handwriting skills, be a quick thinker, highly organised, high attention to detail and most importantly the ability to work part of a team. Furthermore, you will need to be computer literate with an excellent knowledge of Microsoft products. You will be earning a salary in-between £18,000 to £19,000 per annum.
