Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team based in Braintree on a temporary to permanent or straight permanent basis. This is a really exciting opportunity to join our small team and to develop a career in the recruitment industry. The prime purpose of the role will be to source new candidates to work on our client’ sites and manage the candidate relationships as well as completing all administrative responsibilities within the business. Roles and Responsibilities will involve: * Answering telephone calls and directing accordingly * Liaising with and supporting candidates and clients, understanding their needs * Meeting strict deadlines * Making outbound calls to existing candidates and maintaining strong relationships * Making outbound calls to new candidates * Typing and retyping documents inclusive of CVs and job adverts * Managing and placing job adverts on various job boards * Overseeing social media channels * Interviewing and registering candidates * Completing relevant documentation when registering new candidates * All Filing onto online database * All filing for relevant documentation for compliance purposes * Updating excel reports and spreadsheets regularly * General office administration Skills, Knowledge, Experience: * Good working knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook * Very strong communication skills, written and verbal * Ability to work within a fast-paced everchanging environment * Excellent time management skills * Confident when liaising with candidates and clients over the phone and face to face * Strong administration skills * Ability to meet set deadlines and work towards targets * Driven & self-motivated * Strong time management skills and ability to plan and prioritise workload * Previous customer service/administration experience required Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm. In return we are offering a salary of £17,500 - £20,000 per annum depending on experience as well as free onsite parking and opportunity for career progression.
