Description:Role: Support Analyst
Salary: Up to £30,000 pa + company benefits
Location: Cwmbran (WFH Currently)
CPS Group UK Ltd have an exciting opportunity for a Support Analyst to join a renowned and highly regarded support company based in Cwmbran. You will be responsible for operational support of multiple large scale customer Microsoft based solutions and applications, providing 1st level service support to users in accordance with SLAs. As a Support Analyst, you will be logical and methodical when completing tasks and answering queries and have experience, or a keen interest, in IT support.
Main responsibilities of the role:
Support for all customer solutions within support
Responsible of CMDB
Technical development of service offerings and support services
The ideal candidate will have some, if not all of the following attributes:
Ability to read and understand code VB.Net or C#
Development skills Desirable
Experience with operation/support of Azure B2C & Azure AD
