Leeds - Manchester

£40,000 -£45,000 per anum

Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking for a perm role? Do you have internals / dry lining and ceilings Quantity Surveying experience?

The Role

Site-based role commercially managing up to £2 million of work per annum
Commercial overseeing 2-3 projects at a time
Payment applications, subcontractor payments
cost reports
Final accounts
All work is within the dry lining sector including ceilings, partitions, and SFSRequirements

5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor within interiors / dry lining
BSC Quantity Surveying preferred
CSCS card Salary and Benefits

Basic salary up to £45,000 per annum
