About the home:

Our client based in Hindhead, Surrey, GU26, is a superb friendly and caring Nursing Home, providing continuing treatment and person centred residential nursing care for adults and elderly service users with mental health problems.

The home specialises in treatment of care of people with diverse mental health conditions, including Huntington's Disease, MS, Parkinson's, and Schizophrenia.

Ideal applicant will have a current NMC PIN number, ability to manage shifts, Administer Medication, can write precise care plans, experience of Moving and Handling/ Hoisting, ability to offer Person Centred Care and most importantly your role will be to assess, plan, deliver and evaluate a high personalised standard of care, which meets the services user’s needs.
