Description:We have currently had a number of Call Centre Team Managers roles come live for one of our long lasting clients based in Birmingham.
They are looking to hire a number of new managers to help with predictive workload for Track and Trace.
The role will be initially working from home so you will need your own computer and have suitable place to work.
They are looking for strong team managers who can manage multiple tasks, ability to manage poor performance, and able to coach employees and sustain motivation and moral.
You must have
Minimum of 12 months Contact Centre management experience
Able to work permanent weekend days in line with business needs (one or both days if required)
Working an 8am to 8pm rotating shift pattern, 8-4 or 12-8, 35 hours per week
Test and Trace experience (not essential but desirable) As my client offers a number of working from home roles, all training is done via Teams and you will help facilitate this once you are up and running in you role.
Due to the nature of the role you will need to pass a DBS check before you start the role.
Salary £22k per annum
