The Base Enrichment and Household Integration chapters are the home for the ownership of our Customer Journey squads and these have a very significant commercial impact on Consumer They are accountable for delivering revenue, churn, volume, value and NPS outcomes for both EE and BT brands, across all products taking a household view across the main customer journeys (including upgrade, retain, upsell and deep sell). Our Product Owners will lead squads to build personalised customer journeys, experiences and campaigns that help us to extend and deepen our existing customer relationships and building world class journeys to drive commercial and customer outcomes. You'll have the following responsibilities Set the segment targeting and offer strategy & vision for a base journey Be accountable for 10 million pounds commercial KPI with support and coaching from an SPO Influence & shape requirements for new base activity from the wider business Work with key business stakeholders to identify areas of optimisation Create end to end base journeys with inbound and outbound capability Refining & prioritising product backlog taking inputs from Digital & Trading SPOs where necessary Lead business cases, securing investment and owning delivery budget Be accountable for base trials performance/KPIs including ensuring test and learn versus control Remove blockers & drive key enablers on behalf of product resource i.e. Scrum team’s escalation point You'll have the following skills & experience Experienced commercial thinker Marketing experience Excellent analytical skillset, Use data analysis & insight to understand macro commercial challenges and inform strategy and approach Able to navigate complex business issues, often across multiple stakeholder groups, cutting through complexity to simplify the way we work and deliver benefits for our customers, our colleagues and our business Strong leadership skills to coach others, engage and inspire squads, able to influence senior stakeholders across a range of complex issues – primarily at Director level but up to MD Acts internally as SME for journey/product, has a level of externally recognised expertise too Ideally experience in working in agile operating models and leading squads Benefits Competitive salary with great benefits 10% on target annual salary bonus 25 days holiday Pension Life Assurance Free BT Broadband & employee discounts or Access to exclusive staff products and savings About BT BT has a key role in British society, fostering change and leading technology innovation.
