Responsibilities include: To take all reasonable care during the performance of their work for the Health and Safety of themselves and others affected by their acts or omissions. To co-operate fully with TechnipFMC, regulatory authorities and/or third parties to ensure compliance with applicable legislation. Demonstrate behaviour consistent with TechnipFMC vision and core values. Responsible for the financial monitoring of the projects within the base. Tasks Include Invoicing: Prepare sales invoices and ensure invoicing is performed on a timely basis for UK Projects. Credit control. Cost of Sales: Analysis of all costs charged to projects and liaising with project team to ensure costs have been correctly recorded and allocated. Match and post cost of sales in accordance with sales invoicing. Work in Progress: Analyse and report work in progress against each project. Monthly Reporting: Liaise with Project Managers to report project performance. Participate in relevant project meetings to ensure financial control of the project. Assist the project team in all aspects of cost control, ensuring effective management of the project. Mandatory SW-Applications To Be Managed: MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint SAP You Are Meant For This Job If You Have Relevant accounting background and experience in a similar role preferable. Good communication and organisational skills. Ability to work to tight deadlines and work as a team player Strong PC skills and SAP experience.
