About The Role TC Facilities Management are recruiting for a Site Support Manager to work across various busy distribution centre. Managing the team and providing training and development for our colleagues. Job Purpose Responsibility for driving operational performance in a high-profile Site, delivering excellence and demonstrating continuous improvement in service delivery. Major Accountabilities To demonstrate the TC Facilities Management values and lead by example at all times. Responsible for the delivery in accordance with the FM strategy, service level agreement to monitor key elements of the FM service Responsible for providing a key interface between on-site client (customer) and the contracted service providers on a day to day basis Responsible for monitoring and reporting of service level agreements and key performance indicators internal and external. Responsible for monitoring of supply partners service delivery and customer interface on a day to day basis Report any maintenance issues to Site FM Responsible for financial tracking and reporting to ensure all services are delivered within agreed budgets and service levels Responsible for providing a continuous improvement review and development of initiatives to improve to achieve optimum performance and full customer engagement Responsible for ownership and management of the site audits, statutory compliance plans to achieve and maintain legal status To develop and maintain the relationship with the customer to ensure their expectations are met whilst working within defined specifications. To manage the performance of staff in consultation with an appropriate HR representative, taking necessary actions to develop staff or improve performance To ensure the payment of staff correctly and on time every time by following all company time and pay processing requirements. To manage all HR and Employee relations issues in accordance with the company HR Policies and in consultation with an appropriate HR representative, recognising and valuing diversity in all cases To train and induct all staff in their role, the standards expected, the TC values and company policies, procedures and guidelines To ensure all staff are trained in, and adhere to relevant Health, Safety, COSHH policies and procedures To adhere to all company processes, policies and procedures Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise Other responsibilities: To have responsibility for the Health, Safety and Welfare of self and others and to comply at all times with the requirements of Health and Safety Regulations. To ensure confidentiality at all times, only releasing confidential information obtained during the course of employment to those acting in an official capacity. To comply with the requirements of the Data Protection Act. To comply with the company’s policies on equal opportunities.
