Job Description The Senior Director of Global Sales Tools and Platforms will be responsible for providing oversight and leadership across all global sales tools as well as lead the global center of excellence across Arm’s platform.Overview:This role will lead the global sales operations platform team by providing agile based operational and program delivery across all sales tools and efficiency initiatives. The position will be responsible for establishing prioritized business roadmaps across the platforms, lead center of excellence and driving best practices across sales tools, provide oversight across the global and regional tools teams, and manage the global 24x7 operations support team. The leader of this team will also be responsible for data integrity and governance, translating business requirements across the sales user base into production, and influencing and managing the sales tools portion of the end-to-end lead to cash process.This leader will include not only oversee all operational aspects of the execution of the roadmap but also the prioritization and oversight across the associated projects and capital planning process. This role will work closely with various business partners across Sales, Support, Product, Legal, IT, Finance, Marketing, etc. to ensure a holistic approach is aligned across the organization including prioritizing key business processes, establishing deployment strategies, participating in change management efforts, and working with IT partners to ensure successful execution.What you will be accountable for:Effectively manage the global sales operations tool and platform team, providing oversight to deliver on strategic engagements and program deliverables, ensuring the sales operations team delivers against its commitments with the highest quality in a timely fashionEstablish and provide leadership across global sales and client facing team business roadmaps for each of the global sales tools including , knowledge management platform, etc.Provide leadership across the team to support Configuration and Administration and leverage an Agile approach to see requirements from design through executionOversee 24 x 7 first line support across Arm's and linked platforms.Proactively work with business stakeholders to establish and prioritize roadmaps to support Arm’s GTM Playbooks and sales programs.Work with executive management to understand and prioritize critical business needs across sales tools.Leverage all sales tools and platforms to drive unmatched productivity by our field teams and deliver a seamless experience to our partners.Oversee and lead global center of excellence programs across Arm's platform.Successfully partner and work with Corporate IT partners to deliver key programs across roadmap.Work with technology partners and vendors to manage roadmaps and educate teams on future releases, adjustments, or issues across the platformsOversee and lead capital planning activities across global sales tools (headcount, budget, capacity planning, resource prioritization)Oversee a client focused team to support the global sales methodology on and cross functional partner needs through development and support.Manage and govern commercial data requirements to ensure seamless execution of sales processWhat qualifications, skills and experience will I need:Bachelor's Degree (Preferred in Computer Science or related field)Extensive experience providing solutions for business, developing and managing implementation of global Sales CRM platforms.High level of knowledge working with in a global organization (Sales Cloud, system integrations, AppExchange Development) OR leading global teams across multiple time zones and promoting a collaborative environmentExperience with working with global teams and coordinating efforts across multiple organizations.Strong business analysis background with ability to translate business needs/goals into requirements and prototypes.
