Surface Treatments Sweeper Driver (April - August) £11.23 Per hour + Bonus/Overtime Kier Surface Treatments Business is looking to recruit a Sweeper Driver, who will report to the site Foreman. The successful post holder will be expected to work in Norfolk or Suffolk as part of a team to ensure safety of site, self and colleagues, quality of work and production. The surface dressing season is expected to last for approximately 20 weeks. The role has a particular focus on surface treatments on the UK highway network. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking sweeping operations as directed using codes of practice and in compliance with Kier policies and all health & safety regulations and procedures. Key ResponsibilitiesBehave at all times in a manner that is befitting of a Kier employee and that you do not act in a manner which may bring the Company, the Client or its agents into disreputeBe flexible and carry out duties required of you, for which you are trained and considered competentEstablish good working relationships with Foreman, Agent/Supervisor and other work colleaguesTake ownership and communicate any issues on siteCarry out your responsibilities in an efficient and safe mannerWhilst driving/operating vehicles or plant, ensure all daily checks are carried out and recorded.
