Description:At East and North CCG we are looking for a proactive individual with advanced communication skills to work with our committed team in the Nursing & Quality directorate.We are looking for candidates with a commitment to providing a high level service through excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills.The post holder will support the Quality Manager by ensuring that Patient Experience and Safety work is managed within the policies of the CCG. This will include the handling of complaints and serious incidents and the management of the process to ensure that learning is identified and implemented across CCG Providers. The post holder will also manage the GP hotline function within the CCG ensuring that queries are dealt with effectively and reported in within agreed timescales.The post holder will provide expert advice to internal and external staff relating to PatientExperience and Patient Safety processes and will ensure robust reporting processes within the Nursing and Quality Team. The post holder will be responsible for analysing key quality data and providing timely and accurate reports. They will be responsible from making ENHCCG managers aware of any quality concerns identified across ENHCCG providers.The post holder will support the team's line management structure to ensure that quality is embedded into ENHCCG's objectives. They will also support the Quality Manager with the wider work of the Quality Team.The post holder will need to able to travel between sites.Previous applicants need not apply.
