Job Description As the Wealth Client Servicing Administrator you will be responsible for:Being the first point of contact for all client callsFiltering mortgage and wealth management emails for the partnerOrganising meetings on behalf of the partner and putting these in the diaryTranscribing meeting notes and updating the system accordinglyConfirming action points with clients following meetingsProactive client service managementKeeping clients updated on significant stages of their wealth management investment, liaising closely with Paraplanner.Calling clients one month after investment to review client servicing preferencesWorking closely with Paraplanner and Business Processor to ensure smooth running of business. The Successful Applicant In order to be considered for the role you will:Have previously worked in a similar role, ideally within wealth management or financial servicesBe well organised and be able to work in a fast paced roleHave clear written and verbal communication skillsHave good knowledge of MS Office packages What's on Offer The chance to work in a varied interim role.
