We are looking for someone who is customer focused, comfortable with change and ideally, as our Reward and Benefits Manager you will:Own the responsibility for monitoring statutory updates related to Reward, including taxation implications and advise on issues applicable to the People Services and payroll teams to ensure compliance, whilst undertaking regular reviews of reward and benefits utilisation, ensuring our benefits are well utilised across the Group.Assist with the development of the Reward strategy across the organisation, consistent with our core values and objectives.Work with a vision towards continuous improvement and management of general reward activity relating to remuneration including benchmarking, annual salary review and regulatory reporting, such as Gender Pay Gap.As a values led organisation, including ‘Push the Boundaries’ and ‘Own It’, you can imagine the kind of working environment we want to create for our colleagues.About YouThe ideal candidate will have a proven track record in working in the reward and benefits space.
