ROI is a unique business; our success is based on an absolute focus on delivering excellence to our clients by creating a company that people love to work for.Due to an internal move, we are now looking for a Parts and Accessories Advisor based in our client's site (Kia) in their Walton-on-Thames office. Due to Covid-19, the position will be temporarily based from home. The overall Kia team is one of ROI's largest accounts with teams providing customer services (B2C) and fleet sales and support (B2B) from both Milton Keynes and Nantwich.About the roleThe role is primarily responsible for:* Monitoring and resolving inbound calls, emails and contacts to the Parts and Accessories Department through re-directing or escalating as required* Reporting on volume, progress and nature of enquiries / complaints regarding parts and accessories* Liaising on a daily basis with Customer Service, MOBIS and other departments as required* Supporting colleagues and customers to resolve outstanding issues and queries relating to Parts and Accessories (both inbound and outbound)* The Parts & Accessories Advisor will also ensure new models are supported from launch and on an on-going basis* Providing, delivering and reporting on the results of onsite setup training for specific systems and processes.Overall, the Parts and Accessories Advisor will take ownership of the Parts and Accessories aspects of the customer service operation.The successful candidate will provide customers with a consistent and excellent service, representing Kia appropriately and professionally at all times.We are looking for applicants able to demonstrate:* An excellent understanding of customer service and the ability to have excellent conversations with customers at all times* Experience with automotive industry software packages such as manufacturer Electronic Parts Catalogue (EPC) Systems and Dealer Communications Systems (DCS) desirable* Strong automotive knowledge; it will help your application to have experience of working within a Parts and Accessories environment* Excellent IT skills, particularly Excel, CRM and MS Office.* Knowledge / experience of SAP is beneficial* Strong sense of personal accountability; you should be able to use your initiative, take pride in delivering a great service and strive to continuously improve* You should have the experience of building process guides / training material and training others (i.e. dealerships) both onsite and remotely* High levels of attention to detail; you should be organised and methodical in your approach and able to work quickly and accurately* Analytical and able to spot, understand and present trends in information to add value to the client.In summary, you should be a well-rounded administrator able to add value to Kia through the presentation of insight and analysis in addition to providing a great service to customers.Why you should work for ROI:ROI has an excellent track record of growth and innovation; you will find that our approach will give you excellent support and career development.
