Job Overview Mechanical Quantity Surveyor | Neg Day Rate | Essex | M&E | 6-12month ContractHighly regarded for their efficiency and high-quality approach, this evolving M&E Contractor now has an urgent need for a Mechanical Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a 6 -12 month contract basis. The Mechanical Quantity Surveyor will immediately assume commercial responsibility for mechanical packages on a specific pharmaceutical project. The role will largely be office based in Essex and will require a commercially savvy quantity surveyor with superb mechanical knowledge, a strong expertise in variations and final accounts and the ability to get the job done effectively and efficiently without the need for constant supervision.Initial project is estimated to be 6-12 months.
