The Program General Manager will advance and support education programs for the group. This role will support partnerships, program development, and administrative management for our current education programs. The mission is to deliver superior education solutions to students who aim to study or work in the United Kingdom.Job responsibilitiesSupport Director to launch education program in the UK by leveraging social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, WeChat, Twitter, etc.) and other digital platforms to engage current and potential studentsAct as a liaison with overseas offices in China and the United States to ensure consistencyProvide support in assessing, revising, and maintaining processes and procedures to general operationsOrganize and facilitate tutoring sessions, and promotion events; acquire feedback from attendees for improvementDevelop partnerships with college communities to provide more resources for our studentsLead tutors, consultants, and other staff to constantly improve existing programsOther administrative tasks as outlined by the directorQualificationsBilingual in Mandarin and EnglishBachelor’s degree or advanced degree in education, coaching, or a related field3-5 years of experience in higher education, career counseling, or adult learningMinimum of 2 years of experience in a program management roleDemonstrated experience in organizing and facilitating both face-to-face and online training sessions with excellent speaking, presenting, and communication skillsStrong organizational skills to manage programs and projectsAbility to handle confidential informationSelf-motivatedPowered by JazzHR
