The Communications Officer works within the Communications team to deliver a high quality and consistent service. They will support and advise on work across the organisation using media relations, stakeholder engagement and digital media management.They will take the lead to deliver a wide range of communications activities and projects. This includes coordinating the HRA’s digital communications activity and presence, participating in project groups to develop and implement communications and responding to media queries.The Communications Officer will also be responsible for reporting and evaluating communications work. Having strong writing and editorial skills, they will play a key role in producing articles for internal and external publications.The role also involves responding to and reporting on enquiries from the public and professional stakeholders and supporting the Communications Managers to provide consistent and reliable communications cover for the HRA.This is a fixed term position to cover a period of maternity leave.
