We’ll look to you to make sure they are compliant with regulatory and organisational requirements and within risk appetite. Additionally, you’ll be coordinating Services model risk policy administration, including annual review activities, and developing and leading educational materials and training on model risk managementYour responsibilities will include:Monitoring and challenging compliance across the bank to model risk policy, standards and procedures Developing and maintaining an approach to effective policy oversight in ServicesEnsuring effective communication of policy compliance across ServicesMaintaining common library for model governance related materialsThe skills you'll needTo make an impact in your role, you’ll need experience gained in the banking industry or a regulatory or commercial environment. You’ll also have a CIPP/E qualification or similar.We want you to demonstrate:An understanding of the regulations and impacting laws associated with model riskKnowledge of relevant Model Risk, Data, Data Protection and Privacy & Client Confidentiality policies and their associated requirements, regulations and risk managementAn affinity for absorbing complex information and implementing solutions that are simple, transparent, auditable and fairA results-focused approach to your work
