Job Description Administration and Logistics Assistant, Slough:Reporting directly into the Team Leader, Electronics you will be responsible for carrying out administrative tasks for loans, repairs and installation equipment. You will be utilising SAP systems and any other appropriate databases whilst carrying out your daily duties. You will be working as part of a busy team where attention to detail is crucial.Duties and responsibilities will include:Provide administrative support in relation to electronic devices and associated product for both customers and employeesDeal with the logistics and administration of products coming back for repair or servicingIssue repair quotations and actively progress to conclusionManage the issuing and receipt of electronic loan devices following the procedures and work instructions to ensure they are readily available and delivered in a timely mannerEnsure electronic loans are fully functional, annually serviced and have appropriate paperwork The Successful Applicant Administration and Logistics Assistant, Slough:Excellent verbal, written and communication skillsIdeally SAP experience, certainly good systems skillsA genuine team player who understands and demonstrates team commitments and supportPolite and courteous manner regardless of the situationAbility to work calmly under pressureAttention to detail.
