Come, and be where it begins.Our Exciting Opportunity IT Security is a key component in securing alignment to regulatory and industry requirements applicable to Ericsson's business and operations within the operational Ericsson Security Governance blueprint. Above all it is key that you are an excellent communicator with demonstrable experience of delivering at all levels from C-suite to engineers. You must be discrete, organised, manage virtual teams and present to large audiences.This position can be based anywhere within Europe.You willEnsure new business demands and existing solutions are regularly reviewed to meet IT security & architectural standardsEnsure all security exemptions are created, reviewed and resolved on timeEnsure security incidents & identified vulnerabilities are resolved to the SLAEnsure preparation, participation and follow-up of internal and external compliance audits are performedLead a virtual team of local security specialists and ensure superb communication with all key internal & external partnersManage the IT risk process to ensure all IT risks are identified, evaluated, handled and regularly reviewedTo be successful in the role you must haveGood interpersonal & communication skills from C-suite to engineerHave or willing to undertake security certifications e.g. CISSP, CCSP, etcExcellent written, verbal and collaboration skills with demonstrable ability to lead virtual teamsUnderstanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorisation and security vulnerabilities, etc.Knowledge of ISO 27002 and NIST controls and how they should be implemented in a corporate IT environmentWhat ́s in it for you?Here at Ericsson, our culture is built on over a century of courageous decisions!
