We are a successful growing global company with offices across 15 countries.This is an exciting role for a graduate to join our marketing team here at Radius. Reporting to Head of Marketing based in our global headquarters in Crewe, you will work with the central marketing department to create, implement and measure all marketing within our Fuel division.This role will be based at our global headquarters in Crewe and there will be a requirement to occasionally travel to our Sales offices in York and Ipswich.You will be supporting the head of marketing on: The implementation of the sales, marketing and product strategy, in line with the agreed matrix;Implementing outbound lead generation and direct marketing/email campaigns;Supporting the creation of marketing content including video and animation, web and social media content and printed/electronic customer-facing materials with the group’s design function;Creating all PR and event requirements;Implementing a customer communications plan, covering all main customer and prospect touchpoints throughout the customer lifecycle;Identify and collate changes in the market including direct competitors and working with the senior management to understand the potential impact and resultant actions;Supporting effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives Why choose Radius?24th in UK Top Track 100 company;Rapidly expanding global company with an entrepreneurial mindset;Internal talent development programme;Secondment opportunities to work in our international offices;Innovative, technology driven culture.What experience / skills are we looking for?Minimum of 2:1 in a Marketing related degree subject;Competent user of all MS office packages, especially Excel and PowerPoint;Demonstrable experience in marketing;Excellent verbal & written communication skills;Business to business (b2b) marketing experience is desirable.What benefits do we offer?Newly built Global Headquarters with onsite gym, break out rooms and canteen.
