We are currently recruiting for a Programme Document and Data Manager to support our Offshore Wind Evidence and Change Programme (OWEC) in our Energy Minerals and Infrastructure portfolio on a 12 month fixed term contract.
The Crown Estate is currently leading a new programme to deliver a growing portfolio of collaborative environmental and data projects with the aim of supporting the realisation the UK’s offshore wind potential and healthy, sustainable seas.
This is an exciting and unique opportunity to be part of this strategic programme by establishing and implementing the programme document management and working closely with the Energy Minerals & Infrastructure Spatial Data and Evidence function and the Corporate Knowledge Management Team.
This will involve working with multiple internal teams to implement a robust document, data and correspondence management processes, with the appropriate compliance, policies and data/information legislations in place. Once established, an essential part of the role will be to engage with internal and external users to ensure that systems and processes are understood and followed through regular coaching and stakeholder management.
To apply for this role, you must have proven experience in a document and data management role, and have developed and implemented new processes and platforms previously. Project management experience and an understanding of GDPR is also essential.
