Sales Account Manager Telford, Shropshire, TF8 7LSAttractive Salary + Benefits We are looking for a Sales Account Manager, Applicants must have proven sales experience as well as good knowledge of computer hardware. Selling a wide range of Computer Hardware, the opportunities are there for the right candidate to maximise earnings potential. The role involves identifying new customers and then to develop these accounts to provide regular income streams for the Company. With the help of our in-house support expertise, you will consult with customers to identify their needs and provide a solution. The role is primarily office based and could involve face to face visits to client premises if required. • Identifying new business and developing it into a sales opportunity via leads, cold calls and site visits • Gaining a clear understanding of the customers' businesses and IT requirements • Liaising with Customers, preparing quotations and following through the sales process to completion • Maintaining and developing relationships with customers in person, via telephone calls and emails • Developing and maintaining industry knowledge and presence • Providing a high-quality service to our customers • Experience within B2B Sales environment • Knowledge of Computer Hardware and infrastructure an advantage • Good organisation skills and ability to use own initiative. • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. • Ability to build long-term relationships with customers Proud member of the Disability Confident employer scheme
