If you're a marketing generalist who loves being the conductor of the orchestra, this could well be the role for you.It's with one of Yorkshire's fastest growing tech companies, making regular appearances on fast-growing lists and they're doing some truly outstanding work. They're marketing driven as a business and there is a large marketing team, made up of several specialists in performance marketing, creative and communications. What's great about this role is that you'll be the person who makes it all come together. You'll take a brief and utilise the various teams mentioned above in addition to external agencies. You'll keep an eye on whether the brand guidelines are being upheld, you'll deliver external communications across multiple channels including email, social media and website and for the technical and creative expertise, you'll manage agencies or freelancers.Once all that has happened, you'll look at what's working and what isn't, using packages like Google Analytics and Hubspot to measure the success of campaigns and use this data for the next one. Are the right channels being utilised? Are the comms right? Do we need to tweak something in our Paid Acquisition strategy? All questions for you to ask, and hopefully answer with some internal and external expertise.Everyone's fully remote for now and there will be a flexible split in the future.
