Clinical Team LeaderMaidenhead (Taplow SL6 0PQ)Salary: £38,759.17 - £42,239.92 per annumFull time positions available – Shift Patterns The Huntercombe Group is very excited to share with you some fantastic opportunities to lead the Child & Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS) team as a Clinical Team Leader in our Maidenhead hospital. As a Clinical Team Leader we require you to provide strong clinical leadership to the nursing team, and excellent communication with the multidisciplinary teams to ensure a well-rounded, all-inclusive, tailored care plan for children and young people with eating disorders, such as anorexia and bulimia and other complex mental health conditions, such as bipolar disorder. You will uphold and role model the NMC code of professional standards and comply with the Mental Health Act 1983/2007, safeguarding procedures and equality and diversity policies. It is important that you can demonstrate positive leadership skills as you will be acting lead nurse from admission through to discharge, making key decisions, taking charge of the clinical areas, and supervising and developing the staff.
