Role will be part of our Quality Engineering & Assurance (QE&A) Practice. Key Responsibilities: · Overall ownership for Test Delivery for the client and the portfolio· Responsible for planning, setting strategic directions and management of all the testing projects and provides periodic recommendations for continuous improvement· Communicate with the senior customer leadership on an ongoing basis to ensure alignment of business goals and quality goals and acts as a thought leadership point of contact for Client· Provide the overall governance for the program and ensures that engagement progresses as per objectives laid out jointly by Cognizant and Client· Track portfolio and account health with regards to Delivery, Service Distribution, SLA Performance and Best Practices · Tracks RAG (Red, Amber, Green) status for program and also key project Achievements· Setting Strategic Directions· Track Financials· Monthly Billing against approved Work Orders (WO)· Pending and realized Invoices· Track SLA for QA Vendors · Track Risks & Issues and Action Items· Track effort, schedule across project lifecycle Key Skills and Experience : · Experience as Test programme manager/Director in large projects · Experience in planning, setting strategic directions and management of all the testing projects and provides periodic recommendations for continuous improvement· Experience in communicating with the senior customer leadership on an ongoing basis to ensure alignment of business goals and quality goals and acts as a thought leadership point of contact for Client· Experience in providing the overall governance for the program and ensures that engagement progresses as per objectives laid out jointly by Cognizant and Client· Experience in tracking portfolio and account health with regards to Delivery, Service Distribution, SLA Performance and Best Practices · Experience in Tracking RAG (Red, Amber, Green) status for program and also key project Achievements· Experience in setting strategic directions· Experience in tracking Financials and monthly billing against approved work orders (WO)· Pending and realized Invoices· Experience in tracking SLA for QA Vendors , Risks & Issues, action Items, effort, schedule across project lifecycle
