It is personal to all of us.” – Julie Sweet, Accenture CEO Role Objective: Drive advanced analytics planning, execution of roadmap, adoption, and implementation of data science recommendations Interface with client stakeholders, offshore and market teams to orchestrate all data science activities Liaison between internal stakeholders to support broader program agenda and evangelize Analytics initiatives across paid, owned & earned media activations Role Responsibilities Identify, Prioritize & Evaluate applicability of Analytics solutions Analytics Roadmap and Prioritization of data science initiatives Work with internal and client stakeholders to identify opportunities for data science initiatives Should also be able to perform detailed due diligence to evaluate applicability/feasibility and impact of DS solutions proposed. Ability to translate business requirements to analytics and DS requirements Drive positive business outcome through various DS initiatives Program manager the larger team of data scientists across locations and work together to deliver projects on-time Requirement Gathering, Project prioritization & Project Estimation Understanding the scope of the project, interact with clients and prepare and initial requirement documents, along with risks, challenges and feasibility. Translate Business issues into specific requirements to develop DS solutions and identify appropriate data to build the analytical models. Translate requirements agreed with the client to Offshore Analytics teams & interface between client and offshore analytics team Ensure the client requirements are communicated effectively to the offshore Data Science teams. Understand and communicate to client stakeholders effectively about the potential challenges, bottlenecks faced by offshore data science teams during build and jointly arrive at mitigation plans. Ensure adequate toll gates between Offshore data science teams and onshore counterparts/clients to deliver projects as per agreed timelines/specifications. Communicate with market teams and business users to gather requirements and drive adoption of advanced analytics insights and models Help ensure that the deep insights generated through analytics translate into impact at scale. Drive deployment of analytics insights/models with central and market teams Drive adoption of analytics methodologies and approached across markets and central teams Qualifications We are looking for experience in the following skills: Must Have Extensive experience in hands on data science/statistical modeling, relevant experience in management of Data Science teams, client management / client facing roles Expertise on data science programming platforms like R/ Python, proficient in SQL and big data platforms Adequate technical depth in Data Science to be able to identify potential opportunities, assess feasibility, raise potential issues that may be faced during data science projects. “Leader” profile who can liaise with multiple stakeholders across client, and internal teams Marketing analytics professional – ideally with understanding of both customer and digital marketing analytics Professional services industry experience preferred Domain Skills: Expertise in data science and statistical modelling, as it pertains to business problems and outcomes Worked extensively in generating Insights and Recommendations using Customer and Digital data Management Skills: Has the ability to leverage industry and domain knowledge to drive delivery excellence (best practices, quality principles, best-in-class technology and tools, productivity, analytics) Ability to work with and lead large globally networked and virtual teams and able to work with multiple stakeholders e.g. delivery leads, account management, clients and operational excellence teams Have exceptional communication skills and be able to manage client-facing responsibilities Has the ability to adapt to, absorb and apply latest trends and thought leadership in the areas of analytics, business and technology. Good business vision, outcomes and change articulation skills through verbal and visual tools Business Skills: Ability to practice and demonstrate structured logical problem-solving ability and identify opportunities for business value and growth Ability to understand the business context and apply analytical concepts to provide business solutions Ability to identify and quantify client business outcomes Ability to link Accenture service deliverables to client business outcomes and ensure alignment Ability to identify new opportunities to support client based on client issues and burning platform Good to Have Expertise on Google Cloud Platform Exposure to Digital Marketing tools such as Google Analytics.
