Estates AdministratorContract type: 1 Year Fixed Term, Part timeSalary: £17,745 per annumReporting to: Estates BursarDisclosure level: Enhanced Hours: 32.5 h p/w, Monday to Friday from 08:30 – 16:00 (including weekends as required)This includes 1-hour daily unpaid break.The role centres around undertaking administrative duties within the Estates Team and offering assistance to the Estates Bursar with the departments duties. Working with numerous stakeholders including: The Estates Team, Teachers, Contractors, Community etc... our core purpose is providing support to the education function whilst providing a suitable facility, duties pertaining to this aim includeMain duties:1. Assisting the Maintenance Supervisor with maintenance requests as required.2. Placing and tracking orders.3. Preparing the invoices weekly.4. Items of office function including key sign out, delivery receipt, telephone, intercom etc...5. Communications with: Team, Contractors, Teaching cohort, Accounts, Suppliers etc...6. Contractor works including booking and paperwork (insurance, site rules forms etc...)7. Petty Cash.8. Gate automation and CCTV software.9. Providing car park spaces/permits and running the ANPR system.10. Paperwork/other: Holiday forms/tracking, absence, PPE, appraisals, timesheets, training schedules, induction forms, personnel files and uniform issue.11. Support with key events such as Open Mornings.12. Directing the works/caretaking items to the team where appropriate.Additional duties1. Training in various H&S items and following risk assessments/safe working practice.2.
