The Head of School and Governors are looking to appoint a highly organised, experienced, motivated and flexible Site Manager to look after our school and everyone in it.Working closely with the Head of School and School Business Manager you will be responsible for the maintenance, safety, security and cleanliness of the school premises and will represent the school when dealing with contractors and suppliers, ensuring that our site remains safe for all.The ideal candidate will possess:excellent organisational skillsability to work on your own initiativesense of pride in the work environmentkeen eye for detailgood range of DIY skillsworking knowledge of COSHH and other statutory Health and Safety RegulationsThe hours are 37 per week and can be flexible depending upon the needs of the school and in agreement with the Head of School.For the right person, this will be a rewarding and varied role that is an essential part of the support services provided to the school. The post holder must provide an efficient and high quality service in all matters to ensure the school can provide the best quality teaching and learning to all pupils.Visits to the school are welcomed although are limited at this time to out of school hours only.
