Job Duties: Input and process all orders accurately and quickly.Liaise with logistic/courier companies to ensure orders are delivered within our standard 48 hour delivery period and dealing with any issues that may arise.Accurately record product descriptions, product codes and costs onto the SAGE 50 system.Ensure that customers and relevant members of the team are advised of any shortages/discrepancies at the earliest opportunity.Dealing with customer returns.Answering phone calls.Any other reasonable duties as required within the Supply Chain department/company. Qualifications / Experience: Essential:Previous experience working within a Sales Order Processing / busy office setting.Excellent attention to detail.Great communication both verbal and written.Team Player.Maths and English GCSE Grades C and above.Desirable:Previous experience of SAGE 50.
