We specialise in bespoke web design, digital marketing (SEO), branding and graphic design. We work with all kind of businesses. From prototyping to development, we do everything in house.The Business Development Manager will be responsible for scaling new business and all new sales revenue.The person * You need to be incredibly hard-working, self-motivated with a desire to succeed at every opportunity. * Field Sales experience with proven track record on Sales. * Excellent Client relationship management with the ability to engage at appropriate levels in a client organisation to understand:Skills and Experience * 1-2 years (3+ years for a senior) of experience in a professional environment where contact and communication with prospects and customers is a constant * Experience with web design / creative agencies a huge plus * Excellent written/verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills * Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving skills, high energy and positive attitude * Experience needed in managing tasks and customer related activity in a CRM * Build strong business relationships with key customersJob Type: Full-timeBasic salary: £18,000 - £25,000 with average first-year earnings of £30,000 - £35,000 (uncapped commission)
